About the Role

We are looking for a smart, agile AI-Augmented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the visual identity and user interfaces for our product ecosystem, including our flagship platform, Aayatti (The multi-tenant Company OS & HRMS).

We don't care if you build a screen by hand or use an AI engine—we care about the final aesthetic luxury, absolute spatial harmony, and the speed at which you ship code and concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end visual UI/UX design for web-SaaS layouts and native mobile viewports.

• Apply our core design tokens: crisp 1px geometric borders, premium whitespace distribution, and dynamic contextual UI layouts.

• Use generative design AI tools (like v0.dev, Claude Artifacts, Galileo AI, Midjourney, or Uizard) to rapidly prototype and iterate interfaces.

• Enforce a premium, high-contrast, light-mode design language across all user touchpoints.

• Bridge the gap between raw design aesthetics and functional frontend execution specs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• The Foundation: Deep, non-negotiable understanding of graphic design fundamentals (color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, spatial composition, and contrast).

• The AI Edge: Proven experience in prompt engineering for design. You must know how to direct an AI model to generate high-fidelity, production-grade layouts without structural bugs.

• The Tooling: Familiarity with modern design stacks (v0, Claude Design, Figma AI plugins) alongside core platforms.

• For Freshers: A standout portfolio showcasing strong foundational graphic skills, personal UI/UX concepts, and highly creative prompt-writing capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Engineer who can use AI as a core part of the development workflow to turn ideas into production-ready SaaS products. You will work across product thinking, development, testing, debugging, and delivery—not just writing code.

AI will write a significant portion of the code. Your responsibility is to give it the right direction, review what it produces, verify that it actually works, and make the right product and engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take features and modules from idea → specification → development → testing → production.

• Use AI coding agents extensively for development, debugging, testing, research, and refactoring.

• Review and validate AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting it.

• Build and integrate frontend, backend, APIs, databases, third-party services, and automated tests.

• Identify edge cases, incorrect assumptions, security issues, and scalability problems.

• Make practical product decisions about what to build, simplify, or not build.

• Work independently within existing codebases and take ownership of what you ship.

• Continuously improve how our team builds and ships products using AI.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. The Foundation

Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to understand requirements, design solutions, debug systems, work with APIs/databases, and build reliable production software.

2. The AI Edge

AI should already be part of how you build. You should know how to break problems down for AI agents, provide context, iterate effectively, and critically review their output.

3. The Tooling

Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools is highly valued. You should be comfortable learning new tools quickly.

4. For Freshers

Strong projects, internships, open-source work, or personal products can demonstrate your ability. We care about what you have built, how you built it, and how effectively you use AI, not just your academic background.

5. For Experienced

Demonstrated experience shipping real products or SaaS applications and working independently across a codebase. You should be able to make engineering and product decisions without depending on detailed instructions or constant supervision.

Vardaam Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. builds custom WordPress, Laravel, and modern web applications for clients primarily based in the USA. We work as long-term technical partners, not just vendors, helping clients design, evolve, and scale their digital platforms.

We are looking for a senior, technically strong professional who can own client communication, technical discussions, delivery coordination, and solution planning for ongoing and new projects.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client communication.

You will:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for US-based clients
• Lead discovery, requirement clarification, solution discussions, and delivery alignment
• Translate client needs into clear technical direction for internal teams
• Support controlled upselling through scope expansion and value-based recommendations

This is a delivery-first role with exposure to pre-sales and growth, not a sales-driven position.

Working Hours

• Client calls typically start after 5:00 PM IST
• Last calls rarely extend beyond 9:30 PM IST
• This is not a night shift role

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Ownership

• Lead and participate in discovery calls, requirement discussions, and project update calls with US clients.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with American clients, including founders, managers, and agency stakeholders.
• Own client understanding across business goals, technical needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Technical & Delivery Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate requirements across PHP, Laravel, WordPress, APIs, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Participate in solution planning and technical architecture discussions.
• Review change requests and new requirements for feasibility, impact, and delivery effort.
• Translate discussions into actionable briefs, tasks, and documentation for internal teams.
• Ensure smooth execution by coordinating with developers, QA, and project managers.
• Writing code is not mandatory, but strong hands-on development experience is essential to make correct technical judgments.

Scope Expansion & Value Addition

Identify opportunities to:

• Expand scope of existing projects
• Recommend better technical approaches or additional modules
• Introduce complementary services (maintenance, optimization, integrations, enhancements)
• Position upsells as solutions and improvements, not aggressive selling.
• Work closely with management on estimations and proposals when needed.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare structured call summaries, requirement notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain clarity between client expectations and delivery commitments.
• Act as a stabilizing layer between clients and the engineering team.

Experience & Background

Required

• 3–6 years of overall experience, with at least 2–3 years in active coding/development.
• Strong technical background in PHP, Laravel, WordPress.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles, technical coordination, or delivery ownership.
• Exposure to working with US or international clients is highly preferred.
• Ability to confidently discuss architecture, trade-offs, and technical decisions.

Communication

• English communication level: 7/10 is sufficient
• Clarity, structure, and confidence matter more than accent.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in service-based or agency environments.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and client-driven workflows.
• Exposure to estimations, scope discussions, or proposal support.
• Long-term interest in delivery leadership, solutions, or client strategy roles.
